Group Therapy

Group therapy is a type of counseling where you have the opportunity to work together with other group members dealing with similar relationship and interpersonal issues. At the Birmingham Family Therapy Clinic, skilled therapists help you and your fellow group members to offer varying viewpoints and solutions. As each group member experiences problem solving, resiliency, coping and growth at a different level, you encourage, learn from and assist one another.
